2. Booking, Confirmation & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only when the hotel issues a written confirmation (email, voucher, etc.).
- The hotel may require a deposit or full advance payment to guarantee the booking.
- Accepted payment methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash, etc.) will be specified.
- Where a credit card guarantee is required, the hotel may pre-authorize or block an amount on the card to secure the booking.
3. Rates, Taxes & Charges
- The rate quoted is for the stipulated number of nights and includes specified services (e.g., breakfast, WiFi).
- Additional services (mini‑bar, laundry, room service, etc.) are extra and billed separately.
- Local taxes, municipal charges, or tourism levies not included in the quoted rate may be payable by the guest at the hotel.

- The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking if the guest does not arrive by a certain cutoff time unless prior notice is given.
5. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy
- The guest may cancel or modify the booking subject to a notice period; if cancelled too late or in case of no‑show, cancellation fees apply.
- Cancellation fees may be a percentage of the total stay (e.g. 50 % or 100 % of the first night or full stay) depending on timing.
- Some bookings may be non‑refundable or non‑cancellable (especially promotional or discounted rates).
6. Guest Behaviour / Conduct
- The guest must treat hotel property respectfully and not cause damage.
